The Resilience Lab is a support program for local civil society organizations that helps them become stronger, more influential and more sustainable. It combines training, mentoring, experience exchange and institutional support to give organizations the tools to develop and work with communities. The goal of the program is to strengthen local change leaders and create effective solutions for community recovery and cohesion.
The main goal of the project is to help local organizations become drivers of sustainable and inclusive recovery of their communities. The program combines financial support, training, analytics, internships, and networking. It is a long-term investment in the development of a new wave of local change leaders.
