The Resilience Lab

Goal:

The Resilience Lab is a support program for local civil society organizations that helps them become stronger, more influential and more sustainable. It combines training, mentoring, experience exchange and institutional support to give organizations the tools to develop and work with communities. The goal of the program is to strengthen local change leaders and create effective solutions for community recovery and cohesion.

Strengthening local organizations

The program helps community-rooted NGOs become stronger in their management, interaction with people, and ability to influence change. This gives communities a foothold for recovery and development.

Building resilience and adaptability

Program participants learn to recognize risks, look for new opportunities, strengthen partnerships, and develop teams. Sustainability here is not about endurance, but about growth even in difficult conditions.

Creating solutions together with communities

Organizations work with residents and local authorities to develop action plans for recovery and cohesion. They should become leaders of change in their communities.

Space for learning and mutual support

“The Resilience Lab is not only about grants, but also about sharing experiences, mentoring, and new approaches to work. Participants are trained, receive mentoring support, and become part of a community of practice.

Democracy and Good Governance

Goal:

We help preserve stable democracy in Ukraine and make Ukrainian governance transparent and accountable

Europe and the World

Goal:

The mission of the program is to support the European integration of Ukraine as a means to introduce effective pro-European reforms in the areas of democratization, human rights, good governance and the rule of law based on the best global practices, as well as to work on increasing aid

Human Rights and Justice

Goal:

Contribute to holding Russia accountable for war crimes, continuing justice reforms in Ukraine, and protecting the fundamental freedoms of Ukrainians

Social Capital

Goal:

We build and strengthen communities that are the backbone of an open society, create prerequisites for public dialogue and cohesion based on democratic values

Civic resilience

Goal:

The program aims at strengthening organizational and advocacy competences of organisations of war veterans, internally displaced people and bereaved families, supporting development of better policies and inclusion mechanisms, and creating conditions for civic dialogue, understanding and reintegration

Whole Society Accession

Goal:

Promoting the inclusive, accountable, ecological and intelligent recovery of Ukraine as a country guided by European values and principles. The project is implemented by the Fund together with the European Union.
