A project on enhancement of activity of town and village youth "Eurobus-4" started in Ukraine
A project on enhancement of activity of town and village youth “Eurobus-4” started in Ukraine. The project was organized by Kharkiv branch of All-Ukrainian Youth NGO “Foundation of Regional Initiatives” under the support of the European Program of the International Renaissance Foundation.
12 participants of the international youth team from eight EU countries participated in the Schuman Parade in Warsaw and met young people from the EU countries. During a three-week tour around Ukraine they will conduct trainings, round tables and implement mini projects with local youth and will also organize celebration of the Days of Europe. The project participants will visit 12 populated places in 8 oblasts of Ukraine.
For the first time ever, there will be mass media representatives on board of the Eurobus. They will cover the project and all those who wish will participate in events in the populated places.
“Last year several youth NGOs were created as a result of the project. We hope that this year’s project will exceed all our expectations and youth’s activity during the tour of “Eurobus-4” will result in public activity of their organizations”, noted Daryna Barsukova, the Project Coordinator.
