“Crowdfunding for Social Entrepreneurship”. Winners of the first stage of the call for proposals

The International Renaissance Foundation has selected 5 organizations that have won the first stage of the Crowdfunding for Social Entrepreneurship competition. Support for these projects has been made possible through the Foundation’s cooperation with the European Union in the framework of the EU4USociety partnership.

Applications from the following organizations were recommended for crowdfunding:

  • Lviv City NGO “Oselya Mutual Aid Community”
  • A separate subdivision of the public organization “Kolping’s Case in Ukraine” – “Kolping’s Family” in Vinnytsia
  • Our Steps NGO
  • NGO “TORSKI SOURCES”
  • Social enterprise “DyvoGra”

The call for proposals aims to support new startups, strengthen existing social enterprises, promote social entrepreneurship, and create a positive practice of attracting community funds by social enterprises.

EU4USociety is a joint 4-year project of the International Renaissance Foundation and the European Union, aimed at strengthening the involvement, sustainability, capacity, relevance, and influence of Ukrainian civil society in addressing pressing domestic, regional, and global challenges
