Online tool launched to measure integrity of parliamentarians

Chesnometer aims to help voters make an informed choice

The Chesno (Honest) civic movement has introduced Chesnometer – an online tool for measuring the integrity and performance of members of parliament. The project is being supported by the International Renaissance Foundation.

Deputies are evaluated based on 6 criteria. Whether they:
– voted personally in parliament;
– participated in the work of committees and sessions of the Verkhovna Rada;
– make public income declarations that reflect their lifestyle;
– did not change their political position;
– were not involved in corruption;
– did not commit human rights violations.

Chesnometer has relevant information on all members of parliament and anyone can contribute information about a politician.

Chesnometer aims to help voters make an informed choice. Chesno does not support or oppose any politician or political party.
