In eight lectures, you will learn how to develop financial models, formulate policies, create job profiles, organize onboarding and staff development.

Course leaders:

  • Larysa Shkurka, Director of Compass Group, certified auditor, organisational development consultant and tax expert in the field of non-profit organisations
  • Halyna Potopalskaya, expert in organisational capacity building and forming effective teams to implement organisational strategies and ensure their sustainable development

The course provides practical examples, simple explanations of complex topics, and materials that can be immediately applied in your work. It will be useful for anyone who wants their organisation to operate systematically, effectively, and with the trust of their partners.
