Impulse

Purpose The main goal of the project is to help local organizations become drivers of sustainable and inclusive recovery of their communities. The program combines financial support, training, analytics, internships, and networking. It is a long-term investment in the development of a new wave of local change leaders.

Project Priorities

Strengthening local organizations

The project provides institutional support to those organizations that are already working in their communities and want to grow further. Through grants, training and mentoring, they will be able to develop professionally, attract new resources and implement effective initiatives.

Transparent and inclusive community recovery

Impulse supports projects that take into account the needs of different groups, including veterans, women, and people with disabilities. The main idea is not just to rebuild, but to create stronger, fairer, and more comfortable communities.

Development of local analytics and advocacy

The program helps organizations develop analytical capacity so that they can influence local policies, decision-making, and reforms. This is a way to manage resources more effectively and take into account the interests of the community.

Networking and a new community of leaders

One of the goals is to create a community of active organizations that support each other, share experiences, and unite for joint action. Through forums, training, and internships, Impulse is creating a new culture of cooperation and leadership.
