She studied biology at Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv. She joined the Foundation’s team in 1996 and worked on developing the ‘Vidrodzhennia’ educational programme. From 2001 to 2010, she coordinated the ‘East-East: Partnership Without Borders’ programme, which promoted the direct involvement of the international community in addressing socially significant issues through the exchange of international experience, analysis, best practices, expertise, ideas and so on.
In 2011, she joined the team of the “Civil Society” programme (now “Democracy and Good Governance”) as programme manager and head of the educational component for the development of think tanks. In 2019, she took the helm of the Environmental Policy and Advocacy Initiative in Ukraine (EPAIU), which provides institutional and grant support to environmental organisations in Ukraine.
Her areas of interest include the institutional development of NGOs, environmental policy and reforms, European integration processes in the fields of the environment and education, inclusive education and policy, promoting inclusion in civil society, and the development of international civil society partnerships.
