Kernel has joined the Kurs online learning platform, where veterans can get not only knowledge but also a job.

Among the training courses to be taken: ‘Grain Storage at Elevators and Oil Production. These courses provide comprehensive information on the process of grain storage at elevators and the process of processing sunflower seeds into oil at Kernel plants, and after completing the courses, the veteran will understand what knowledge and skills they need to master to work successfully at Kernel’s enterprises.
After passing the test, the veteran will be immediately invited for an interview, during which he or she will be able to choose a convenient location and position for further work. Then he or she will undergo a medical examination (at the company’s expense), start a paid internship and get a job.
The project to create a veterans’ platform called “Course”, initiated by the Kruk UAV Operator Training Centre, is being implemented with the support of the Renaissance Foundation. It aims to provide veterans of the Russian-Ukrainian war with jobs that are obtained through online training in a specific speciality.
Today, Kernel employs 90 veterans. We are one of the employers of the Kurs platform.
