Happy Monday presented the Catalogue of inclusive employment cases: how to get

Happy Monday, together with the International Renaissance Foundation, has created a Catalogue of Inclusive Employment Cases in Leading Ukrainian Companies. In it, employers shared their solutions for hiring and adapting representatives of vulnerable categories. We’ll tell you who can benefit from it and how to get the Catalogue.

The Catalogue ‘25 Cases of Successful Inclusion in Ukrainian Business’ is a collection of stories of Ukrainian companies that are already building an inclusive environment. They are implementing changes in hiring, adapting offices, updating corporate culture, and opening up new opportunities for everyone who wants to work.

The initiative aims to support internally displaced persons (IDPs), people with disabilities, veterans and other groups facing barriers in the labour market.

The catalogue will be useful for companies seeking to build strong teams and job seekers. In it you will find:

  • practices for integrating IDPs, veterans, people with disabilities, and older professionals;
  • specific mechanisms for adaptation, training and support of teams;
  • solutions that really work in today’s realities;
  • advice from HR experts and business leaders who have successfully navigated the path of change.

“Today’s labour market requires new solutions. And inclusiveness is no longer an advantage, but a necessity. We created this catalogue to show that change is possible when there is humanity, partnership and a systematic approach.” Anna Mazur, founder and CEO of Happy Monday.

Among the employers whose experience is described in the Catalogue are leading Ukrainian and international companies: Biosphere, Metinvest, Silpo, GastroFamily, Starlight Media, Isobar Ukraine, Indposhiv, Kyivstar, Sense Bank and other businesses that are not waiting for ideal conditions but are already acting.

“We want this catalogue to become a tool for employers who want to unlock people’s potential. It shows that inclusion is not a burden but a powerful resource for development.” Victoria Stokratiuk, manager of the Civic Resilience Programme, International Renaissance Foundation
