Implementation and approbation of the grievance redress mechanism within the frame of sub-projects of the Ukraine Early Recovery Program (UERP)

Elaboration and implementation of the grievance redress mechanism on local level to decrease possible negative impact on the way of subprojects realization within the frame of the Ukraine Early Recovery Program (UERP) in Kharkiv, Bakhmut and Severodonetsk. Creation and legitimization of Civic Supervisory Councils to promote communication between subprojects’ implementers, contractors and local communities, as well as all stakeholders. The Councils’ goals are to redress grievance in peaceful way, implement a mediation approach while conflict resolution, increase transparency and accountability of decision-making, and so to increase a trust to the UERP subprojects’ implementers
