Enhancing the transparency of Ukraine’s energy sector and ensure sustainable development of Ukrainian energy, organizztion the EITI Board meeting in Kyiv, conducting a study on the system of gas subsidies, which will be applied to elaborate the propositions to overcome the obstacles on the way to liberal gas market in Ukraine, and initiate preliminary preparation of an independent center for professional competence improvement for public servants in the sphere of energy management – School of Energy Reforms.
