Education reform: quality assessment of implementation

Developing and testing of research tools for measuring efficiency and effectiveness of New Ukrainian School reform implementation; conducting a control study (encompassing 3rd grade learners of pilot schools and learners of schools that are not piloting a new standard, teachers, schools’ administrators and parents) and present the results of the study to the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine in order to apply evidence-based approach for school reform implementation
