Monitoring and support for the implementation of corporate reform of JSC “Ukrainian Railways”

Conduct an assessment and inform the members of the Supervisory Board of Ukrzaliznytsia, the Office of Reforms of the Cabinet of Ministers and international organizations on the quality of management and the processes of reforming the company. Conduct research and evaluate the implementation of the reform strategy of the state-owned enterprise. Drafting of concepts for the implementation of reforms on the creation of independent bodies on compliance policies, public procurement monitoring, development and implementation of corporate ethics, the introduction of a transparent system of personnel selection, etc. Advocacy and activities aimed at supporting anti-corruption reforms in the company.
