Increasing professionalization among customers locally and increased competition by raising business awareness through communicating adapted and useful information about the e-procurement system by the qualified experts in the field, as well as providing constant support system (HelpDesk service). Special attention is paid to cooperation with local activists in order to improve community control over the use of public funds.
