Democracy Watch – analysis of the use the healthcare administrative resource during the election period

Monitoring of administrative resource use in health facilities during the Parliamentarian elections’ campaign in Ukraine in 2019. Publicize facts of the violations of legislation governing election campaigning processes and use legal mechanisms to address detected violations and prevent further ones. Stimulation formation of the journalists, activists and lawyers networks who will systemically monitor election campaigns and coordination their work with other civil society initiatives: Committee of voters of Ukraine, OPARE, etc.
