Decentralization in Ukraine: from monitoring to reaction

Analytical tracking the implementation of Local Self-Government Reform and the State Regional Policy as well as preparation of overarching analytical information basing on monitoring and analysis of the influential drafts of legal acts related to regional development of Ukraine, administrative and territorial division, capacity building of local self-government. Spreading the information among the subjects with the right of legislative initiative, central and regional state authorities, NGOs to avoid risks to Local Self-Government Reform and State Regional Policy as well as the development of regions of Ukraine or society in whole.
