Members of territorial communities or residents: how to avoid discrimination?

The project provides for an analytical study to identify “bottlenecks” in the legal status of residents and members of territorial communities, which lead to discrimination in terms of civic participation in local affairs. In addition, recommendations how to improve the legislative regulation of municipal legal capacity of territorial communities’ members will be developed.
