A study presented on the role of the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s officer at pre-trial stage
39% of prosecutors, surveyed within the framework of the study "The role of a procedural manager / a prosecutor of the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office at the pre-trial stage of the criminal process", consider themselves completely independent.
In 2017-2018, teams of the Human Rights Expert Center and the Human Rights and Justice Program Initiative of the International Renaissance Foundation worked on a study to identity the issues in the work of the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office, which needs to be improved, as well as the issues, which can be shared with other law enforcement authorities as successful practices.
