Who makes the decision to support the projects?

Competitive and non-competitive projects are considered by the Expert Councils, which include independent experts in a particular field, and the Board of the Fund. After a thorough project analysis and discussion, they decide on approval or rejection of projects. The decisions of the Program Councils and the Board are final and can not be reviewed. The grounds for providing or not providing financial support are not reported.

Why an openness policy is important?

The Foundation implements the policy of openness of organizations implementing the project, by introducing the practice of referring to an annual content / financial report placed in the free access on the Internet. The published annual report is evidence of the openness and transparency of the organization, its peculiar sign of quality and reliability. The annual report informs partners, clients, authorities, donor structures about the organization's activities, main achievements and achievements.
