Corruption schemes breaking down along with 1991 Open Data Incubator

On February 9, the first nonprofit incubator 1991 Open Data Incubator’s team presented five IT services, which could destroy the old corruption schemes in public sector. These services work with tons of open public data to identify and correct deficiencies in the state system making Ukrainian life better.
