Amalgamation of Territorial communities in the multi-ethnic regions of Ukraine: Special aspects and prospects

The project deals with an analytical study of the state, obstacles and risks of communities’ amalgamation in the multi-ethnic regions of Ukraine (on the cases of districts with compact residence of ethnic minorities in Transcarpathian, Zaporizhzhia, Odesa and Chernivtsi oblasts). Based on the results of the study, practical recommendations for the state policy making and implementation in this area will be elaborated, in particular within the framework of a prospective compulsory (administative) amalgamation.
