Study of compliance of the national legislation about documenting and investigating cases of torture with international standards

Аnalysis of international and national standards for documenting and investigating torture cases in order to establish a legal framework. In parallel, a group of experts from partner organizations will conduct a field study phase. Thus, the information gathered within the framework of this project will be used to analyze the practice of applying the relevant rules in order to find gaps and likely reasons for non-compliance with these norms.
