Violations during the parliamentary elections 2012 will be documented

IRF Editor Democracy and Good Governance

The Vsesvit Center and Alliance Maidan NGO will monitor violations during the 2012 parliamentary elections. The initiative is being supported by the International Renaissance Foundation.

The aim is to collect as much documented evidence of violations of election law (photo and video) as possible and widely publicize them (from the start of the election campaign until the announcement of the official results).

The developers are looking for websites, forums, media YouTube channels and other resources that can be useful for the monitoring activities. Information should be sent to vybory2012@maidan.org.ua.

Concerned citizens are also invited to participate and help collect, classify, visualize, publish and disseminate information. A beta version of the system is available at maidan.org.ua/map/monitor.
