During this year’s Assembly of State Parties to the ICC (ASP 2019) in the Hague Ukrainian delegation discusses how ICC can help Ukraine in the investigation crimes in Crimea and Donbas and why it is important to bring the issue of Rome Statute ratification back on Ukrainian political agenda.
