Master of Philosophy (specialising in philosophical anthropology and the philosophy of culture)
From 2009 to 2014, she worked at the NGO ‘Europe XXI’ Foundation and the NGO ‘Centre for Joint Action’. Since then, she has been a freelance writer for a number of media outlets, including Ukrainska Pravda, Detector Media, Censor.net, Tyzhden, Ukrainian Journal (Prague), Chytomo and others.
Radoslava Kabachiy has been working at the International Renaissance Foundation since 2014. Initially, she served as communications coordinator, and since 2011 has been overseeing initiatives in the cultural sector. In 2022, she joined the team of the IRF’s ‘Social Capital’ programme.
In addition, Radoslava Kabachiy is a cultural manager in her own right, having overseen a number of successful national and local projects over the years. She sits on the judging panels of several literary competitions and is a member of the expert councils of the Ukrainian Book Institute and the Ukrainian Cultural Foundation (2019–2021).
Her professional interests include public policy in the field of culture, the reception of so-called ‘sensitive’ topics in literature and the arts, and the shaping of narratives of social cohesion and tolerance through the implementation of cultural projects.
