She studied economics at the Kyiv-Mohyla Academy.
She joined the Foundation’s team as an assistant on the ‘East-East: Partnership Without Borders’ programme – an international exchange programme. As Olga notes, this role gave her the opportunity to meet experts and professionals, attend events on the monitoring of state aid, public finances and reforms, and helped her realise the importance and impact of civil society monitoring on their successful implementation.
In 2012, she joined the Foundation’s European Programme as its manager, coordinating the programme’s initiatives, including those funded by the EU and aimed at supporting Ukraine’s European integration, effective pro-European reforms, the European Green Deal, and so on.
In 2022, she completed a certification programme in Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) at the College of Europe (Belgium), designed to provide an in-depth understanding of the key principles and methods of monitoring and evaluating EU-funded projects.
In 2023, as the programme’s scope expanded, she also began working on issues relating to the Global South, strengthening Ukraine’s global public diplomacy capabilities and increasing support for Ukraine.
