She holds a degree in International Public Administration from Sciences Po Paris and a bachelor’s degree in Military Studies from King’s College London.
She joined the Foundation’s team in 2012 as Programme Manager for ‘Human Rights and Justice’, working to develop initiatives aimed at strengthening civic resilience, human rights and justice. As programme manager, she was responsible for grant management, project coordination and providing expert support in the areas of rehabilitation and reintegration of veterans, support for the families of the fallen, assistance to war victims, human security, mental health and community building. She has experience in establishing, mentoring, developing and institutionalising various networks, movements and communities, as well as in project management, including needs assessment, the development of training programmes and capacity-building for partner organisations.
Olga’s significant contributions to societal development include launching the paralegal movement in Ukraine, developing a community training programme aimed at adapting planning and resources to the population’s needs in the areas of security and human security, and mentoring a network of legal centres that form part of the NGO ‘Legal Development Network’. In 2023, she joined the ‘Civic Resilience’ programme team, taking the lead on initiatives to support veterans and their families, develop veteran policy and strengthen the veteran movement in Ukraine as a whole.
