She graduated with honours in political science from the Ivan Franko National University of Lviv in 2003, and in 2007 she successfully defended her doctoral thesis in political science.
She undertook international placements in the USA and Poland. Before joining the Foundation’s team, she headed the Lviv regional branch of the All-Ukrainian NGO ‘Committee of Voters of Ukraine’ and lectured at the Department of History and Theory of Political Science at Ivan Franko National University of Lviv.
Since 2003, she has also been a senior lecturer at the Ukrainian Catholic University (UCU). She currently teaches courses on management, development, monitoring and evaluation of non-profit organisations, advocacy and communication, and leadership in the civil society sector.
In 2014, she became head of the Western Ukraine regional office of the International Renaissance Foundation, and since 2023 has been in charge of the Foundation’s Lviv office.
She has received prestigious awards, including the Medal of the President of Ukraine for her contributions to the celebration of the 25th anniversary of Ukraine’s independence (2016).
