The International Committee for the Protection of Taxpayers’ Rights in Central and Eastern Europe and Central Asia, with support from the International Renaissance Foundation, presents a new book on techniques for public participation in the budget process, and strategies for preparing for and conducting public monitoring. 

The book generalizes the experience of NGOs in preparing and conducting projects of public control over local budgets. It contains unique and innovative strategies, everyday theory and practice of the work of the most successful NGOs in Europe and Central Asia, explanations of methods for preparing and implementing projects of public control over local budget and enhancing the effectiveness of the work of your NGO.
