1 In August 2016, the highest number of explosions was recorded in the East of Ukraine since signing 2nd Minsk agreement (February 2015) – 14 541.
2 Nearly 10 000 people killed – the result of the Russian aggression against Ukraine. IWP prepared an infographic devoted to the signing of the Minsk protocol in 2014.
