Films on Harm Reduction are now available with English subtitles

The International HIV/AIDS Alliance in Ukraine with support of the International Renaissance Foundation’s Public Health Program last year issued informational and educational films on Harm Reduction issues for IDUs and NGOs working with them. Full versions of the films are now available with English subtitles for English speaking audience interested in Harm Reduction issues in Ukraine, IDUs intending to visit Ukraine and professionals working in the HIV/AIDS and Harm Reduction area:
1. Basics of Harm Reduction
2. Overdose prevention and reducing risks for injection drug use
3. Legal aspects of drug dependency. IDUs and police.

The mission of the Public Health program is to reform public health, to improve public health through support of new approaches to solution of urgent public health problems, in particular, by introduction of a complex model of protection of the rights of patients, palliative care, and support to people living with HIV/AIDS and non-medical drug use.
