Committee of Voters of Ukraine started a complex project “The Right for Choice 2010!”

CVU will conduct a long-term monitoring in 20 oblasts and a more detailed medium and short-term observation in 8 of them. The purpose of a comprehensive information and awareness raising campaign “The Right for Choice 2010” is, above all, monitoring of the election process, informing Ukrainian and international public about the process of local election campaigns and consequences of local elections for the entire nation.

Committee of Voters of Ukraine also plans to promote public awareness of their electoral rights, help to make a conscious and informed choice. The hotline for voters and candidates has already been launched. Provided consultations will help to protect electoral rights of citizens, both voters and candidates.
