Association of Ukrainian Human Rights Monitors on Law Enforcement published the second issue of periodic news bulletin. The International Renaissance Foundation’s Rule of Law Program supports the organization.

In this issue the organization gathered information about ongoing activities, implemented projects and other interesting events in November and December 2012.
